HPHT of natural and grown diamonds for stress removal, crystal lattice stability and quality enhancement.
Poly- & nano-crystalline diamond coatings up to 150 mm of diameter using MWCVD reactors.
CVD grown conducting polycrystallinediamond plates ranging from 1-100mm of diameter.
Well established cutting, grinding and polishing facility to cut, grind and polish diamonds of any shape, size and dimensions.
CVD grown diamond <100>/<110> polished substrates up to 12x12 mm2 consisting thicknesses up to 7 mm while maintaining surface roughness (rms) below 10 nm.
